Our company is founded by a Veteran Ex-MOE Teacher from the National University of Singapore who has more than 35 years of teaching experience. Together the company is run by a pair of graduates from the National University of Singapore, top 10 university of QS World University Rankings.
Our founder has been teaching since her teens before entering university. After achieving her certifications her passion and compassion in grooming batch after batch of students grows and also vastly inspired by Howard Garner an American Research Professor of Cognition and Education at Harvard University’s Graduate School of Education. Howard Garner is also Developmental Psychologist who is well-known for The theory of Multiple Intelligence with a vision to develop the eight intelligences on students. With such she created her own set of teaching methodology integrating the Glenn Doman Method and groomed many students of academic excellence.
Students whom our founder has taught all these years though are mainly students form SAP schools, she is also exposed to a broad spectrum of students ranging from primary to Junior College levels as well as foreign students whom are blending into our education system. With all these experiences she has groom many youngsters who are adults now excelling in their life of different professions. She knows very well the learning difficulties, strength and psychological development of every student and encourage them to preserve on whenever they encounter difficulties in a holistic approach.
Besides, our founder is also a certified Ontological Coach by Internation Coaching Federation (ICF) and with this WISE is build on a new concept of home based tuition extending Ontological Coaching to help busy working parents to keep up to the expectations of their children’s academic excellence.
Our tutors are hand-picked by our founder adhering closely to the MOE standards of selection providing our students with the best tutors from top Universities. And a unique selection process with parents catering to the need of the students. We creating a new triangular platform for both students, tutors and Certified Coach for parents, students and tutors. On top of the standard academic style of tutoring for students we integrate performance coaching to unlock students’ potentials to achieve success and live a life with purpose & fulfilment. For parents, students and tutors who WANT MORE want to grow in every aspect of their lives and become the best version of themselves creating life changing experience we extend FREE coaching service to willing parents, students and tutors who engage us in this avenue. As an education entity, we update parents with students’ progress and recommend a set of good assessment books that are effective for the students. Upon special arrangement, our Education Director will also sit in lessons to observe students to suggest strategies and methods for the tutors to create the results wanted for growth and improvement.
